Ripping is not about not eating, it's all about what you eat and how much you eat. Remember, carbs are the enemy when you want to lose fat, and this style of training is a bit faster pass with lots of super sets with lots of core work in between.

'Lean Gains & Rip' online training programs are available in 'Starter to Intermediate' level over 3 days per week and 'Intermediate to Advanced' level over 4 or 5 days per week.
