If you want training that is 100% about you, then our focused Personal Training is the right option for you.  The focus is on personalisation to you not a textbook training plan.

We start with a full assessment of you and your lifestyle, what motivates you and what your goals are.  Honesty is the best policy if you like a cheeky glass of wine, say and we can make allowances in your training plan, this is your plan, personal to you. 

We combine this personal and goals session with a physical assessment, with all information we can create both short and long terms achievable goals.



The personalisation continues with your choice of who to train with from the SW Fitness team. Chemistry with your Personal Trainer is so important, you need to have the right relationship to motivate you to achieve your goals.

Finally, we consider where you would like to train, from one of our dedicated Central London training facilities, your home or one of London’s Parks.

Your training and achievements will be overseen by the whole SW Fitness team as we push each other to help you to achieve your best.
