  • The 5-day more focused on size gain for legs, the other for fat-stripping.
  • The 4-day splits as Chest & Biceps, Shoulders, Legs and Back & Triceps, with fifth day is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to focus on stripping body fat.
