There are two Lean Gains & Rip online training programs, one more focused on size gain for legs, the other for fat-stripping.
The 5-day online training program is specifically written for the person who wants bigger legs with a tight sports model physique. This is intensive, and you must be a competent gym-goer already, but this will develop well defined body proportions. This little beauty has 2 leg days…. The other Lean Gains & Rip program is over 4-days days plus one HIIT session. The program is split into Chest & Biceps, Shoulders, Legs and Back & Triceps. The fifth day is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to focus on stripping body fat.
